#7. An Art A Day - Day 2 Mirror Mirror on the Changing Room

As many of you know, there are two Snow White movies this year. Mirror Mirror featuring Julia Roberts and Lily Collins and Snow White and the Huntsman starring Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart, and Chris Hemsworth. The latter is not released yet (in theatres June 1) and I haven't seen the former. Frankly I do not think I will be enchanted by either... :P But anyway!

So I found this big (?) mirror on a changing room in the apparel shop I went to today.
And the below photograph is an art for today.

Normally, in a changing room, I try things on in a hurry, take a few pictures in a hurry, and leave in a hurry. Everything is so hurry-hurry in a changing room. Weird, because where I live there isn't much crowd in apparel shops :P I take pictures so that I will remember which clothes looked okay and which looked horrible on me, for future reference for shopping and also for some degree of self-gratification. (to be honest. :>)
But today, while I was preparing to leave, I found myself in this mirror and I stopped.
And I was compelled to take the picture.

Ever heard of the guy named Narcissus?
I may be vain, who isn't, but I think there also is something other than vanity here.

Looking at a mirror is like having a dialogue. And we ask ourselves in the mirror not just "mirror, mirror, who is the fairest of them all?" (and the mirror will answer faithfully, "Not you, da" :P)

When I saw myself like this in the mirror, I felt that I was seeing myself in another room.
I felt like we were sitting in different rooms, looking at each other through this hole.
And what were we.. I mean, what was I taking to me sitting across me?
I was taking this picture in a hurry(...:/), so I didn't really figure it out then.

But I imagine that I said to myself in the mirror that everything's going to be okay.

Note: I am not insane :P I am just a moderately imaginative writer who likes the idea of a different space and world.

Oh, by the way, I also got this interesting photo there.
The room was so red that it was difficult to take a proper shot (and my camera isn't so great).
The result is this... well, I call it "An Accidental Art in the Changing Room." :P

When it was all red, I just found it amusing, but when I turned it to black and white, it turned..... kinda... SCARY~ X< What's that, a dancing ghost? I wasn't dancing, so who was?? Who was in the mirror??!

By the way, this is an art that I love as well:

Title: Flowers with name which I forgot
Artist: God (or so I believe :))

They really make me happy X)
